Advice on company doctor visit

Get the new booklet from HNF as soon as possible to give to your

company doc. Read it before hand yourself. If you are already a member,

you should have received one. If not, join with a full membership ($35)

and they will send the booklet free.

And by all means, get another appointment with your neurologist soon.

You will need all the documentation you can get to give to the company

doc.
