I couldn't help but notice item #3 on the Top Ten List " The Nag,

nag, nag method to getting better services. "

I'm sure this is probably an effective approach (sometimes), but

doesn't anyone else see the preposterousness of this? Our kids are

losing precious time daily, and we are supposed to wear our

districts down by endless nagging in order to get necessary services

for our kids? I know this is the unfortunate reality we are faced

with, but every time a respected source makes this kind of

recommendation, I can't help but think why isn't the focus more on

effective and equitable implementation of the IDEA instead if

strategies to out gameplay our districts?
