Guest guest Posted September 11, 2010 Report Share Posted September 11, 2010 Woo-hoo, got a great workout in this morning despite my sore glutes  I think I went nearly as heavy as I could with this one. I found that peaking to see how long each chapter was helped me get through the segements better. Knowing when the end was coming made it much more tolerable. With that said, I did totally enjoy it  I also made the abs much more difficult w/ no rests. got some awesome burns  I burned 457 calories with my average at 111.  I THINK I have the exercise titles down right. I jotted them down very quickly while working. Warm-up/ 12DB Squats / 12DB Lunges / 10DB (ouch, my butt) Chest pressses / 28# Dead Lift & Rows / 12# Push-ups / Did the last 1/3 if I were to guess on my knees, and it still killed me Rotator Cuff exercise / 8# Dips / need to extend legs on all in order to feel, I didn't Tricep extensions/ 10# and dropped to 8#, I was on FIRE Biceps / 12# for hammer and regular Wide leg squats / 28# Shoulders / 10# (presses & lateral raises) OUCH  457 / 111 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
