's Saturday workout

Today I did Jari's Get Ripped Slim & Lean. I used 7 pounders mostly, but I did wimp out a little on the lateral raises toward the end of the workout and ended up going down all the way to 3's. I also didn't do all of the pushups. I was really feeling my triceps today which is very rare for me, I am not sure if it was from today's or leftover DOMs from the last Jari workout. It feels good though, maybe it will help with these bat wings I have developed since losing weight. I am also feeling my thighs a lot since I went to the 7's for all of these squats and lunges. Good workout all around for me today. When I was done I went to the store to get a diet soda and when I was shifting the car gears, I sure could feel it in my triceps and shoulders, too funny. While I was recovering, I previewed the Amy Bento Rumble DVD that I got from the swap, this looks like a ton of fun, I guess I will have to get a heavy bag and some boxing gloves now, you can do it without, but it looks like a lot more fun with. Have a great day everyone. Tomorrow morning I am going to go for a 5 mile walk.
