Guest guest
Lynn can probably explain melatonin. It doesn't affect the under-integration of sensory neurology, if I understand that correctly. FYI: There are a few activities on the HANDLE web site <http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Autism_in_Girls_and_Women/www.hand\ le.org> that we were told that Judith Bluestone felt were safe to try w/o an assessment. You could try something like " crazy straw " to see if you felt any differences. You might ask your OT or your doctor first. I'm not a doctor and not any sort of expert on HANDLE, so I am not offering professional or medical advice. > > Penny seeking clarity as i to agree but wondered how does melatonin help of this issues for some of us to sleep then even if it is of for 4 hours it is of a more strong sleep for me. but again I to need of much things like a cat LOL who nestles until things are of just right and then snuggles into the sleep. but any little things can re awake of me and causes me to never refind that sleep for much hours. it is of quite frustrating. lately it has been of my pets doing this waking me over and over, > sondra >
