Dear Dilshad,

We have found we need to be extremely strict with diet (but we are SCD not GFCF)

and we also benefit from taking digestive enzymes. We found that keeping a food

diary helped us enormously, in it we listed foods, supplements, behaviours or

any changes (like rashes). Doing this helped us work out what suited us and what

didn't. We learnt that it was important to test one thing at a time. We didn't

do well on calcium (but we have SCD legal dairy) but other folk do. Is Fe iron?

that can be difficult to supplement (can irritate or cause constipation I

think).

Best wishes, Sandy
