I am not going to follow it to the letter as I will be likely mixing it up with treadmill walks, outdoor walks, Pilates, etc. Will also likely sub other walking workouts here and there like Debra Mazda, Freytag, etc. Nov 1-7Mon - 3 mile workout (her site has a 3 mile streaming video with stretchie band)Tue - 1 mile + firming (upper body)Wed - 3 mile workoutTh - 1 mile + firming (upper body)Fri - 3 mile workoutSat - 1 mile + firming (upper body)Sun - what will you do to be active today?Nov 8-14Mon - 4 mile walkTue - firming (upper/lower)Wed - 4 mile walkTh - 1 mile + firming (upper/lower)Fri - 4 mile walkSat - 1 mile + firming (upper/lower)Sun - faith day - a fit spirit is part of the plan!Nov 15-21Mon - 5 mile walkTue - firming (both) + core exercisesWed - 1 mile walk/jogTh - firming (both) + core exercisesFri - 5 mile walkSat - 5 mile/firming/coreSun - you did it!
