I am not going to follow it to the letter as I will be likely mixing it up with treadmill walks, outdoor walks, Pilates, etc. Will also likely sub other walking workouts here and there like Debra Mazda, Freytag, etc. Nov 1-7Mon - 3 mile workout (her site has a 3 mile streaming video with stretchie band)Tue - 1 mile + firming (upper body)Wed - 3 mile workoutTh - 1 mile + firming (upper body)Fri - 3 mile workoutSat - 1 mile + firming (upper body)Sun - what will you do to be active today?Nov 8-14Mon - 4 mile walkTue - firming (upper/lower)Wed - 4 mile walkTh - 1 mile + firming (upper/lower)Fri - 4 mile walkSat - 1 mile + firming (upper/lower)Sun - faith day - a fit spirit is part of the plan!Nov 15-21Mon - 5 mile walkTue - firming (both) + core exercisesWed - 1 mile walk/jogTh - firming (both) + core exercisesFri - 5 mile walkSat - 5 mile/firming/coreSun - you did it! I got an email from the LS site but hadn't looked into it, but now that I see it...I'm going to try to incorporate it into my schedule.I'm currently doing 10 Minute Trainer, P.I.N.K and will add 30 Day Shred for the next month adding the walking isn't impossible for 3 weeks, just ambitious.
