I counted calories and ate most days around 1,300 to 1,400. One day I did have around 1,600 but that was the exception. I didn't drink as much water so that may be why I didn't lose as much. I know I can't lose every week but I would sure like to! Since it's getting colder here in Michigan, I will be substituting green tea for ice water. Wish me good luck this week!
