Guest guest Posted October 3, 2010 Report Share Posted October 3, 2010 Next Tue I'm going to start BeachBody's 10 Minute Trainer's 'the LEAN JEAN plan, it's supposed to make you lose ONE jean size in 10 days. I think most of the size lost may be more a function of eating every 2 to 3 hours and only about 1,000 cal a day. I'm also pretty sure that if you follow the eating plan and use either a combination of 10 Minute Solution or more intense 20 minute workouts that combine cardio and the body focus listed below, you should bust a plateau. For accelerated results they suggest replacing one meal with whey protein shake (at or about 110 cals, 18 grams protein...I'll have to see if even I have something close to that).
