Next Tue I'm going to start BeachBody's 10 Minute Trainer's 'the LEAN JEAN plan, it's supposed to make you lose ONE jean size in 10 days. I think most of the size lost may be more a function of eating every 2 to 3 hours and only about 1,000 cal a day. I'm also pretty sure that if you follow the eating plan and  use either a combination of 10 Minute Solution or more intense 20 minute workouts that combine cardio and the body focus listed below, you should bust a plateau. For accelerated results they suggest replacing one meal with  whey protein shake (at or about 110 cals, 18 grams protein...I'll have to see if even I have something close to that).
