Either adding the PINK workouts are making my PFH workouts harder/more intense or this last week of the rotation has gotten harder. Either way I to really work to get through every rep and I like that . PINK Workout 1 PM - Last time for workout 1, I'm almost afraid of what workout 2 will do to me LOL 10 Minute Solution Kettlebell - Maximum Fat Burner PM - I don't know what the heck I was thinking in throwing into the mix, at least I was smart enough to use a 3lb dumbbell…I have a PFH workout to do tomorrow Express Belly Blaster - 5 min yoga PM - No downward dog - Huge Grin on my face - no excuse to not throw this in the mix more often Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
