They said they'd be more than happy to talk me through the 1st one.So I'm all ready to go since the tx came today. I have my little cooler, biopsy results, pre-registration form, all my blood work papers, a pad and pen for notes, questions to ask including the Trazodone one, an ice pack in the freezer, a cold gallon of water in the fridge, and of course insurance card and any other tid bit of information they might need.Did I forget anything??Oh yeah, I cleaned the house, did all the laundry, have a nest prepared on the couch, and have a heating pad handy in case the dogs aren't warm enough. ;-)Wish me luck.... Guest guest
Oh cool, thanks Deb I'll have to start checking that calendar daily. Never thought about it. lol The appointment went very well, the staff is informative friendly and open to questions and the doctor is great! This was a good move! They let me do my own shot there and it was a breeze. In fact I didn't feel it at all which kind of surprised me, I was expecting at least a little pain. That was almost 4 hours ago and so far nothing bad to report, but the night's still young. Talk to me tomorrow and you might get a different story. lol Turns out Pegasys is supposed to come with a nice shoulder bag of goodies like a sharps container, pill organizer, water bottle, travel case, cold eye pack, pregnancy test, Tyl., pamphlets, video.... and the other doctor just gave me a video and one pamphlet on self injections. Yep, good move going to this new guy. ;-) Going to go watch a movie with hubby. Have a great night everyone and thanks for all the prep help on this one.
