Yoga Meltodown #2 / Core Max #3

Well, I think I am feeling a bit better today..not 100% certain.  As they day went on yesterday, I felt yuckier and yuckier and got the body aches and chills again.  I think it's just as I got tired, I felt more sick.

 

Anyway, I did Jillian's Yoga Meltodwn this morning, the second one.  I know I've done this before, but I can't find my notes..GRR... Not sure if I did the first or second one before either.  Anyway, I like this one.  She does some ab work at the end too.  It's kinda yoga, but more like a light toning workout.  My kind of yoga :)  Afterwards, I wanted a bit more core work.  I went with Cathe's Core Max and did the 3rd section where she uses the med. ball and stab. ball.  It was nice and slow, and perfect for today.  Surely not too hard, but I still felt like I got a mild workout in.  Perfect.
