Guest guest
When my daughter-in-law was visiting before she and married, she drank some raw milk. Since she had always been lactose intolerant, she was curious about any potential reaction. She was fine, in fact it was the first time she had milk since she could ever remember that did not make her sick. I washed out some plastic cranberry juice jugs and sanitized them with a tea spoon of bleach per gallon. After letting them drain and dry, we filled two with milk every day for 4 days, and put it in the freezer. They took it back to Kentucky where she kept in in the fridge, drinking a cup to a pint every day until it was gone. According to Brittany, it tasted fine to the end, which was about 6 weeks later. She also said that this was the first time in her life that her gut got completely cleared up.Hopefully, we will have a new calf soon and can get her back on the good stuff.Bill Dunlap Roseboro, NC
