Guest guest Posted September 27, 2010 Report Share Posted September 27, 2010 So, after eating a fattning supper and feeling yucky, I thought I would get a short quickie in to make myself feel a bit better. It helped  I did a 15-minute kettlebell workout. I was so tired.. I thought of going further, but decided not to and to stick with the plan. Anyway, I did the manmaker, and then I did the swing chapter. I shut my HRM off at 16 minutes, and I burned 165 calories with my average at 135. Now my 1/2 caramel apple that I ate should be burned off anyway Darcy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
