Not exercising enough because not in the mood and couldn't because of work. I'm re-dedicating myself to my weight loss goal starting today! Jen Jen's Weigh-In for Sunday 10/24/10 My Highest Weight: 220 poundsLAST WEEK'S WEIGHT: 184.2THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT: 185.8 LBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: GAIN of 1.6 lbsAIR-DYNE STATIONARY BIKE: 0 minutes BOWLING THIS WEEK: 120 minutesEXERCISE DVD/VIDEO THIS WEEK: 0 minutesVOLLEYBALL THIS WEEK: 0 minutesWALKING THIS WEEK: 250 minutesWATER EXERCISE/SWIMMING THIS WEEK: 0 minutes TOTAL MINUTES OF EXERCISE THIS WEEK: 370 minutes This year I will be basing my weight loss goals on my highest weight which was 220 pounds (June 28, 2009.) I also didn't sleep as much because I had to work early at a hospital Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
