Oh yea, I know what went wrong...it was a combination of not being careful with calories either because of no time or because of being too lazy. Not exercising enough because not in the mood and couldn't because of work. I'm re-dedicating myself to my weight loss goal starting today! Jen

45% 121.00 99.00I didn't exercise as much this week and I didn't stay on my eating plan as well as I should have. I also didn't sleep as much because I had to work early at a hospital Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

I'm thankful that I only gained 1.6 instead of more.Climbing back on healthy eating/exercise wagon,
