Hi Everyone,

Today was Fast Cheetah. I usually do the Tracie Long version (b/c it is more challenging) but today I went with the Kickbutt version that had Spreen and Heidi Tanner team-teaching. The re-make is easier, some exercises are left out of the re-make (the stuff w/ the med ball). I have been dragging energy wise lately, I think it is just the result of having a lot going on so it was a good choice for me to stick with Fast Cheetah-Light today instead of the more challenging version.

I really love Heidi Tanner in these workouts. I wonder whatever happened to her? I would love to see her come out with some new workouts. She is a great lead. Speaking of which, I get to workout with her twice this week, tomorrow is Push/Pull and Friday is Steamin' Cardio! So, I'm thinking when I get back from vacation of doing some FIRMs and FitPrimes. Since I'll be taking 2 weeks off - other than walking and stretching. I do also think this will be a good time for me to get back into push-ups - easy to do in hotel rooms! I may actually do a round of the FIRM Basics and the "Prime Powers" workouts for a week or two. Just to get back into the swing of things. Then, I was thinking of working through either the Tri-Trainers or the FitPrime/Kickbutt workouts. Something about the FIRM just makes me happy - especially "old" FIRM.

My other thought was Tony Horton - do some P90, P90 Masters and "X" workouts. Sometimes I'm in the mood for him and I do like his non-fussy (in terms of equipment) approach.

Take care!Donna
