Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to write up what I have been doing, more for myself than anything else. It has been a pretty decent exercise week:

Sunday - 1 hour 40 min family walk/hike (we were in PA for the weekend, the day before we walked, too, but I didn't keep track of how long)

Monday - Sweat 5/6 - did the cardio sections twice; yoga for abs from Exercise TV. (I think it was Yoga Works)

Tuesday - Sculpt 5/6 used bands - did 10 Min Solution Perfect Body Pilates lower body and stretch segment

Wed - P90X Cardio X - (some sort of stretching, maybe???) Did the Plyo Section twice

Thurs - Sculpt 5/6 - used weights this time, (Pilates???)

Friday - Firm Max Bootcamp (fun, a long time since I did this one), 10 Min Solution Pilates for Beginners - total body and stretch, also in the p.m. a family walk/hike

Saturday - Voight's Core Essentials (I am motivated to do some KV since she has two new ones out!!!) and family walk/hike

So, not a bad week!

A GREAT week, Donna!  Are you going to get KV's new ones?  I really like her Core Essentials workout and that whole series.  I like her workouts quite a bit in general!  Aunt Flo came today, as scheduled, and I feel better.  A girlfriend is coming over soon for happy hour at a fun bar down the street and then we are going to watch Muholland Drive ( Lynch, perfect for October!)
