Guest guest
There are frequent recalls of eggs, nation-wide, but usually they follow a particular scenario: A. A mill or other ingredient processor gets an exposure.B. A few hundred eggs are shipped.C. Eggs are not handled properly after being washed, and cooled.D. Bacteria go crazy in the warmed eggs. (this could be only a few degrees, such as being left in a grocery warehouse or aisle while being placed in the point of sale case)E. Consumers do not properly cook the eggs. Most of the egg recalls in NC involve only a few hundred dozen eggs, the problem is found and quickly handled, not too many people are hurt. Once again, bio-security is not the problem, HUGE farms are the problem.BillNC
