I know how frustrating this must be for you. My knee still hurts, I know I'll have to walk the Turkey Trot but am hoping to be able to run the Jingle Bell 5K all the same. I can tell the padangustasana stretches today helped it, so I will do those daily with a Gymboss if not to a video. Indirectly these are good for the back as well.Take Care, Sounds great, !
