We have a NYS permit to sell raw milk from the farm, and raise steers for beef, pigs for pork, fresh eggs and have a small market garden. We have Red and White Holsteins and Normande cattle and are able to sell heifers from time to time. The Normande cattle are a dual purpose breed for milk and meat.
