We have AR in Jan and the LEA have told us to prepare figures for home programme for 3 month period Feb -Apr, this is what we have been doing since last April. Solicitor told me last time that provision that doesn't cover a full year is illegal for statementing purposes and to have anything less will deny the right to appeal. Thing is they have been giving the funding at each programme review and it may be more about precedents than anything else as 's provision is unusual to say the least but then again they may be trying to just fit this one in with the intention of April being the end of funding and no recourse to tribunal. The other thing is with all these cuts it may be that 3 month reviews and funding requests are more palatable than a full year and easier to satisfy the panel. Any thoughts anyone?
