Guest guest
Hi Everyone, This has been a rough week! TOM a week early along with the "fun" side effects of headaches, food cravings, and mood swings. I really don't like this perimenopause stuff! My DH's 95 year old Aunt broke her hip and is in a nursing home (we're visiting this weekend). And, my monster work project which has consumed me for 2 days and will consume me for at least one more! GRRR!Anyway, I went with Ellen this morning. To add to my distress, when I put Barefoot Cardio into my player, it wouldn't play! GRRR! GRRR! So, I went with Ellen's Crunch Workout - Fat Burning Pilates. That did the job! Cheered me up, stretched me out and made me feel like I at least did something good for myself today. I tried Barefoot Cardio out in my laptop and it plays fine there - so it must just be my DVD player and not the DVD iteself (or maybe a little of both). Either way, gotta remember that when I want to do Barefoot Cardio I have to do it w/ the laptop. When I'm stressed out I can't do tough workouts - my body really reacts to stress and I just need to not stress it further when I'm like this. Yes, I'm one of those people who gets hives, headaches, etc. from stress. Ok - off to the fun! Gotta pack and get ready this evening to go to PA tomorrow to visit DH's aunt. Then back on Sunday for events for my DD! I don't think I'll get to rest fully until next week sometime! :)Take care - Donna
Guest guest
Oh dear, 95 w/ a broken hip doesn't sound good :/ It's a tough one to deal with at any age let alone 95. As for your dvd - you may just need to make a copy of your legitimately purchased original. I know you're not a techie but here's how, and feel free to call me if you need help: Free download: dvdshrink. click open disc, then backup! It will make a .iso file (dvd format) in a folder of your choice.Download CDburnerXP, also free. click " burn iso image " , click the path to your ellen dvd and burn. It's that simple. Hope it works for you!
