Hello, My name is , my email address is nicolelcuevas@....I live in Glenham located in New York's Hudson Valley in Dutchess County. In New York State, raw milk is available at the farm only. "Raw milk" cheeses are available at natural food stores. I am a consumer of "Raw milk", have been for the last 3 years, but not as regularly as I'd like as the ride is approximately 47 minute each way. I love raw milk and all its benefits. I make yogurt regularly, have made butter in the past, Kefir and Kefir cheese (new to Kefir). I am eager to try to make different kinds of cheeses and looking forward to being part of this group.
