Guest guest Posted August 23, 2010 Report Share Posted August 23, 2010 Donna I know what you mean! I only took 3 weeks off running, then when I did it last Wednesday I was sore for 3 days! However, I'm not sore from running yesterday, so it's also amazing how fast we can bounce back. it is crazy, I only took 2 weeks off and I did actually walk and do some Pilates during that time!
