Guest guest
put it through a hand crank sausage stuffer as you fill your containersyou will get lots more of the water out. Working Butter How do you easily get the water out of the butter after it has made? I make about 50 pounds at a time and no matter how much I hand work the butter there is still water left. This greatly reduces the shelf life. We typically work the butter on a table at about 70 degrees. I have tried chilling the butter somewhat and this does not help. Is there a machine that can do this? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, Kent TexasDailyHarvest.com
