Why did I get so ill so fast?

I just don't understand why I became ill so very fast, to go from a

healthy 24yr to not being able to hardly get out of bed with MS like

symptoms, & I only had them in 6 1/2 months! Then to have my MS like

symptoms decrease greatly (finally 6 months after explant), but now

I have FM like symptoms!! I just don't get it.
