I was going to do a Montenengro Method sculpting workout but got downstairs late and wasn't sure the workout was really going to be 21 minutes (plus a warmup and cooldown) since the endurance workout I did was closer to 25 I think and every minute mattered this morning so I could get to work on time. So, instead I ended up doing 3 workouts off my favorite 10 Minute Solution DVD, Carb Burner with Dozois. I haven't done any of the workouts in a super long time and was surprised to see how rusty I was with the routines but it was okay. I worked my butt off for exactly 30 minutes and loved it then showered and ran off to do a WW At Work meeting.

I'm starting a new At Work meeting tonight, doing the registration for it anyway, hopefully enough people will sign up to run it, that I am super excited about. The client is a personal trainer from a rehabilitation facility and she contacted WW because many of her clients are either looking to get in shape or are rehabbing from an injury and many of them are overweight and ask her for advice regarding weight loss. She's never been a WW member but knows it works and decided to partner with us to offer a WW class at the facility for clients and others. There's a doctor's office that shares the same building (my doc is one of them actually, this is only 5 minutes from my house too) and they put up a sign advertising the class to patients too. The trainer is doing a balls & bands class from 6-7 and then I'm going to do the WW meeting in the same room, just with chairs set up, from 7:15-8:00. As of last week she had 19 people interested in the WW class. Hopefully there will be even more tonight. I'm going to tell my weight loss story, tell them a bit about how the WW program and the meetings work and then sign up whoever is ready. We need at least 12-15 paid members to run it so I'm really hoping to have enough because this is a dream opportunity (most of my members avoid exercise as much as possible even though they know it is an important part of the program and their overall health). I'll let you know what happens!
