Donna, I'm doing Burn Intervals on Friday! I'm looking forward to it - I think it's my favorite in all CLX that I've done so far!I remember using the band around my ankles for speedskates or something like that and ow ow ow! EFFECTIVE.

You know, I may do Burn Intervals on Friday - I scheduled a "circuit" in for that day - isn't Burn Intervals a circuit type routine?Donna

That would be fun, Donna!  :D  Per Video Fitness, these are the exercises:Burn Interval breakdown:46:15 minutes

Warm-up 4:19

Jump Rope drills 1:30

Bicep curls (varied angles and speeds) 2:20

Speed Skate with/without toning band around ankles 1:30

Overhead Shoulder Press 1:50

Kickboxing Drills 2:13

Lunges stationary/knee lift (no weights)1:30

Lunge Jump shot (lunges w/jump-no weights) 1:20

Bent over row 2:20

Plyometric Bowler's lunge 1:30

Bent over tricep extension R/L/overhead 2:30

Kickboxing drills with or without toning band 2:00

Lateral raises 2:00

Sumo Burpees 20 your own pace

Bicep curls (half way up, rotate out, lift) 2:30

Plyo reverse lunges alternating 1:30

Weighted standing crunches 2:15

Kickboxing drills 1:20

Squats

Jumping Jacks high knees w/ or w/ot toning band

Lower Body Blast (standing leg extensions forward, rear, side, squats)

cool down

That sounds dangerous! I just know if I put a band around my ankles and tried speedskates I'd be falling all over the place but if I could stay upright, I also see how it could be very effective!

I think she shows modifications w/out the band - they did a few moves like that in Burn It Off. I wasn't prepared with a band, so I just did without! I may try it w/ a band though next time!

I think I may be getting ChaLEAN fever, but feel that I also want to finish up P90 Masters, or at least more of it. I"m not bored with it, just wanting to do ChaLEAN, also. Too many workouts, too little time.
