I am not sure if it was because I did it at 5:00 Am or what, but this one seemed a hecka lot harder than the other ones. This one started out with the lunges on the step, I have never done those before and oh my gosh my buns were hurting. then the push ups in this one were the pulse push ups, way harder that the other Jari's I've done so far. Everything in this one seemed so hard. I ended up having to take a few very short breaks during this one that I didn't have to in the others. The overhead lifts or presses or whatever they are also were extra killer today. I also didn't like the cool down in this one. I worked extra hard in this one and the cool down section is where I usually relax and enjoy, but in today's cool down, it didn't seem like she was giving it her all. She was busy talking to the others about themselves and whatever. I didn't feel like listening to all that chat, I enjoy those things don't get me wrong, but I like to watch them seperate from the workout, not in the middle of my cool down. Overall, I love this workout, as it gives me something to work towards which is good, but I just wish the cool down was better. I'm at work now, so I can't stay on long.
