So, I am looking for opinions and observations: Which states have the most favorable laws for farmer direct sales to consumers for raw milk? Is there any state that allows sale and delivery of milk with minimal or no State oversight? In other words, is there a place that allows customer inspection/oversight and free market interaction between consumer and producer? Which state is closest to allowing that process?
