Guest guest Posted September 7, 2011 Report Share Posted September 7, 2011 Hi, I don't think Kombucha Capsules will work to start Kombucha although it might make an interesting experiment if they are freeze dried. They would need to be have living Kombucha to use as starter. Recommend you ask for a start here on the list, just tell people the general area where you live or look in the list FILES section for a folder called Kombucha for FREE. Contact someone who has listed their email address and agreed to give away Kombucha for free or just the cost of shipping. Another alternative is to buy unflavored living Kombucha tea and use that as a starter. You must have living Kombucha to get Kombucha.
