Many of the farms I stopped at asked me to be confidential about their farm. I am writing a book about the bike ride and some of the farms will be mentioned in the book. Thanks for your patients about that. All the best with your lawsuit, maxSubject: Re: Introduction from Max KaneTo: RawDairy Date: Thursday, September 2, 2010, 4:13 PM

Hi Max and Welcome!

I've been following your efforts to preserve our rights to choose our own food ever since you took your coast-to-coast bike ride, consuming raw milk along the way! I read your road dairy and missed seeing it online. At your convenience, could you please post here the wonderful dairies that you visited along the way? There were several who produced artesian quality raw milk cheeses and if I remember correctly, many took orders and would ship. Thank you so very much, and please keep us posted about the movie "Milk Men"...

As for me, I'm a member of the Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund as well as the North Carolina plaintiff in the lawsuit against the FDA..

Brightest Blessings and thanks SO much for all your efforts..
