Guest guest
Oh! Donna, thank you for this review, I am really looking forward to both Burn Intevals and Burn It Off! Love that you went and did more drills with 10 MIn Solution afterward, I may have to do the same! I have RRFB but it's a virgin. I need to stretch more too, and plan on doing that tomorrow for my " rest " day. It's a cold but sunny day in Portland, and I'm looking forward to my Bridge Walk since I didn't do it yesterday. Hugsme Hi Everyone, I didn't feel like Tony today - nothing personal, but I have done Sweat 5/6 quite a few times now and just wanted to do something else - however, I wanted that " something else " to be intense and drill-like. Sooooo I warmed up with the Low Impact cardio routine from 10 Min Solution Rapid Results Fat Burner (this is a newer 10 Min Solution and is all cardio - I did the sports drills a few weeks ago). This routine made for a good warm-up (as in something to move me around first thing in the morning) before doing Chalean Extreme's Burn it Off. Burn it Off is a short, but effective workout. It is all drills - you do a set move for a set time and then move on. The body of the workout is probably only around 20-25 minutes, there is a short warm-up (not adequate for what you are about to do) and a short cool-down (not adequate for what you have done). In spite of it being short, you do get quite a bit out of it cardio-wise. Strangely, after that I wanted more, so I went back to 10 Min Solution and did the intervals workout - this one is also basic-drill-like - you do a high intensity move for 15 sec, active recovery for 15 sec, high intensity 15 sec, active recovery 15 sec then you move on to another drill. By the time I was done, I was done! I added on a recorded Classical Stretch episode. I hve been neglecting my CS sessions way too much and need to go back to them. I'm glad I did! Tomorrow, I will probably do Sculpt 5/6 again - and will either add on some extra leg work or just repeat the leg exercises twice. Hope everyone has a good Tuesday!Donna

Guest guest
Hi , I need to do Burn Intervals sometime, and I think there is another cardio workout in the mix, too, isn't there?I really would like to try ChaLEAN at some point, but my fears are: 1) a lot of people report having back issues with these - so I'm scared of that; and 2) I am not sure if I have heavy enough weights to do it properly. I suppose I can double up on some weights. My heaviest set of dumbells are 20's but I suppose I could hold a 20 + 5 together or a 20 + 10 together. Gotta think on that. I have thought about doing it w/ bands and treating myself to some nifty new ones. take care, Donna To: exercisevideos Sent: Tue, October 19, 2010 11:22:55 AMSubject: Re: Tuesday - Burn It Off/ 10 Min Solution/Classical Stretch Oh!
