I'm glad you are feeling better and getting back on track! I was dying in that basic class at the opening too, but I had been slacking off big time before I went there... no excuses for me! It did feel like it was 150 degrees in that room, though. I have never sweat so much in my life!! Nonetheless it was a blast! What are you doing at the gym lately? Are you back in the weight room? Or taking classes? Jenni

I haven't taeboed much in the past few weeks, but my workouts at the gym have helped me get back my motivation. I guess we all get slumps, have to accept them, but do something about them as well (like CHANGE). Janick
Guest guest
> Oh , that's beautiful!! I, too, am thankful for all the friends I have met. I never would have thought when I bought my first set of Tae Bo tapes almost three years ago that it would turn into such a big thing in my life. Thank you all!! Whoa! I never realized until mentionned it that I bought my first taebo tapes almost 3 years ago!! Yikes, that makes me feel old... LOL Although I haven't met many of you personally, I feel also very close to this group... but I've said that before. Taebo has changed my life, but that's because I became a part of this group! You guys have opened my eyes to so many things, I couldn't even name them all!!! Janick
Guest guest
Jenni, Which class was basic at the WMTC opening? Was it on Friday night?...cause all of the Saturday classes seemed to be taught at supersonic speed...lol. > Way to go, ! Great post, awesome message! Toni, I know you were asking Jenni, but it was the last class they taught, Shellie lead it.
Guest guest
Toni Like said, it was the VERY last class. Shellie lead the class.... and Shan and Stan got to give us a little preview of what their classes would be like too! It was mostly instructional and I was still dying! Not until the last 10 mins did they turn on the music and make us move faster than we ever have. I should definitely get over the fact that I have this hideous childhood scar on my knee and wear shorts more! Ha! In our defense I must say that we were already completely wiped out before we even stepped into that room. All the excitement of the two days had gotten the best of us! Jenni Jenni, I was in that class...it seemed really hard to me, but then again, that was after taking the other three classes beforehand. It was really weird doing it without music and that's what probably made it harder for me. Toni

Guest guest
just because it was an instructional class, I'd still categorize it as ADVANCED DITTO!!!!!

Like for that first minute when you look at each other like, " wow this is the face behind the screen name! " it can be a little overwhelming. But that wears off and it is just like seeing an old friend again. It will be a blast when you finally make it out to a get together Dracy!
