I am here to tell you (and you, too ) that even though that class was mostly instructional......it was nowhere near EASY or BASIC...LOL! In fact, do you remember Shellie saying after it was over that that class was probably the hardest one of all of the classes that had been taught that day? It was harder because there was no music and we were concentrating so intensely on our form. Plus, there was still LOTS of double time and I know that it kicked my butt!
