Yes it does. while it is okay to drink after freezing it tastes lifeless and

looses much of the sweet creaminess that makes great goats milk so very

delicious. You lose the little bit of creamline that is apparent even after

just a few hours in fresh milk and it basically starts to taste like bland store

bought milk. Generally still better then purchasing the store stuff bet

definitely not the same as fresh.

We have had this with COW milk but not experienced it with GOAT. Being that it is naturally homogenized separation doesn't happen like cow milk.
