It is two months since I last saw him and my little girl misses him very much too. I am also very excited that I have lost some inches, I am not sure how much since I did not measure myself. But I seem to have gone down one size. Anyway, I want another tape with good floorwork on it. I am not up to doing any Advanced stuff yet, I have been just doing all the basic ones, especially with having been off a few months. Can you recommend one that really works the lower body and where can I get it. Is there any way that any of them will be able to send it by Saturday? Mainly, I wanted to say how wonderful that you are going to see your husband for Christmas. You are going to look wonderful for him. Have a wonderful holiday. The advanced tape itself is a pretty intermediate workout, and the basic tape, I can tell you from experience, is a very good workout. I'm not sure what tapes you have, but the 4-pack is a good package of tapes to purchase. The next best tape would be the Abs/Glutes tape.
