I walked dogs for about 30 min. My new thing is when they pee or sniff I do squats... makes it more intense.:)I then added 10 min total body. This is Tony Horton and you do 1 min work of 10 exercises. Good job, Judy!!  Your knee was okay with the lunges?  My knee doesn't like lunges and I have to have the back leg straight, but Tony Horton in one of his One on One workouts does straight leg lunges so I don't feel like I'm cheating or anything.
