Plus, being on vacation, I didn't exericse "formally" enough - but at least we walked. A lot of wine though! Between a high school reunion, 3 family reunions, a night on the town paid for by the service managers and a few dinner parties this girl consumed mass vino and calories! I didn't gain much, or when I did I lost it over the following few days, but no weight loss for me :(I really can't wait til this knee is 100% better so that I can run 30 miles a week.
