1. I am feeling this morning's workout! STS Disk 2. This one was triceps and back. I think I'll be doing yoga tomorrow morning. My upper back and triceps are sizzling. 2. I love how it feels to clear stuff out of the house. The more stuff I get rid off, the better I like my life. This is fitness related. It makes it easier to think, easier to make decisions, easier to find the right tools, easier to get dressed, easier to cook, and easier to have a big enough space for exercise. I wish I had figured this out sooner in my life.
