Guest guest
Hi Alison, My son is almost twelve and he takes 3 caps a day! I give him one 750 mg in the morning on empty stomach, one with lunch and one just before bed. Some kids need more frequent dosing and throughout the day to help them remain focus and stay calm! As you little one is so young i would start with 1/3 cap twice a day and build it slowly to 1/2 cap and so ... hope this helps. > > Can anyone using GABA advise on appropriate dose and frequency. My DS is almost 3. > > We are in process of doing yasko methylation testing - held up due to weather. Too expensive to risk not getting to US in required timescale. > > We are trying to put in stage 1 supplements which includes GABA. > > I've had it in cupboard for a while but not used yet. DS has significant speech problem. Was late to start with talking, now has lots of vocabulary but clarity is a real problem. When he gets a virus this gets worse and even we (mum and dad) can't understand him. He has also recently developed a significant stammer. > > Hoping GABA might help with this. Also very interested in any positive or negative experiences with GABA. > > Many thanks > > Alison R >
