Hi Everyone,

Today, inspired by - I did a Tamilee medley. I started off w/ Tighter Assets - Cardio Blast - nice, basic floor aerobics. Nothing too tricky - yet, decent intensity. Then I added on from her Tight on Time Series -all of Body Blast - this one contained an aerobics (4-limb style) section - Tamilee uses a step and light weights for 10 min of aerobics (I did this right after cardio blast). Then, I added on the leg work - which is all "classic" floorwork (Tamilee even wore leg warmers!) that burns the butt! :) Then, it was Pilates-style ab work and the stretch.

The Tight on Time series was a "dust bunny" for me - it was fun to do it and this particular one has some nice options for add ons. I think there is also a bonus stability ball workout on this DVD. There is another in the series called "Hot Spots" - that one, according to Collage has arms & shoulders, abs, and a total body section and a bonus band workout. Maybe have to work that in sometime soon, too.

Tomorrow, back to the PowerFITs - I think Upper Body blast is up along w/ a core workout. Not sure what my add-on will be.
