Guest guest Posted October 7, 2010 Report Share Posted October 7, 2010 I just realized I hadn't posted today's workout.. maybe because I was trying to forget it! What a freakin' nightmare!!! UGH!! Kaysar was sick last night....and up for good about 5:30 this morning.  Took me awhile to get him settled. About that time Bry woke up and needed me. I got a late start to my workout, very late. And then during it, I probably got about 5 - 10 interruptions between the two of them. It was horrible... I was sooo frustrated, but knew it was my own fault and shouldn't have ever attempted it with Kaysar resting upstairs not feeling 100%, and Bryar awake. Oh well. I did enjoy it..only in spurts! After i took the boys to school, I even did the exra section part, so I got all 80 minutes in. I burned about 796 / 134 for an average. I didn't have my HRM on for the last segment which was just a bit over 7 minutes.  One more Jari left - wow! I have her new one coming tomorrow.. can't decide if I will supplement that one in there, or just do one extra (I must be crazy).  Darcy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
