Notice the Toronto Sun did not tell the readers who Bill is. Maybe the

Sun wants us to think this article was written by an " independent " member of the

media. " Bill " could be the name of more than one person. It makes me

wonder, however, if this is the " Bill " with the Dairy Farmers of

Ontario, formerly known as something like the milk marketing board for Ontario.

The Dairy Farmers of Ontario have a biased view on this issue based on their own
