Guest guest Posted July 24, 2010 Report Share Posted July 24, 2010 While I only got around 6 hours of workouts in this week, I am still very happy with my week because it was an INTENSE week what with two Cathe's and running 5 miles. I'm down a pound at 174, slowly inching closer to that 170 mark. Tomorrow my friend Trae is coming over for morning yoga, and I'm really looking forward to it! My friend Trae is very strong and lean (can do crow, etc) but not very flexible and I worry about him because he experiences aches and pains associated with this. I need yoga too because I'm sore from running yesterday, mostly in my calves. My knee and feet feel fine! I'm so happy about this.
