I felt guilty about all the pizza I ate tonite with my folks so when I got home I took a shower to get the grime of the day off of me, then did Round 42 through Turbo, which is a half hour long.  I've been neglecting both my abs and stretching lately so inspired by Donna's choice today I did Sara Ivanhoe's Flat Abs dvd from her Yoga Beauty Makeover series (I think that's what it's called).  This one is harder than it looks and it felt good to be doing yoga again!  This was 20 minutes long, and after that I rolled on the foam roller for around 10 minutes  so I got a good hour in tonite.

My knee is back to being wonky after running yesterday *sigh*.  I think I need to take a couple of months off from running so that this can heal because it's just not going away :(  I need to do more yoga and stretching and I can always do low impact Turbo Kick for a great cardio workout instead, or maybe even run on the eliptical and see if that takes pressure off the knee.  This is very frustrating.

I know that as I lose weight I will have fewer instances of knee problems, one pound of weight = 4 lbs of pressure on the knee, I believe. Tomorrow is back and biceps with Noel - my favorite workout of the three from a physical standpoint.

This weekend and next week when I'm not with Noel I'm going to focus on abdominal strength and do lots of yoga - power yoga, kundalini, yin yoga, the works.  I'm also going to make an appointment for some massages with the massage therapist, Robin Tibbals, who is at Dr. No's office and who uses hot rocks.  She's good, and insurance pays for a good portion of it!   Need to get these nasty knots out of my body!
