Guest guest Posted October 11, 2010 Report Share Posted October 11, 2010 I had a rest day yesterday, and it's my day off, and I woke up feeling super feisty, so I did STS 5 and STS 6 back to back. I seriously enjoyed that. I had a good 30 mile bike ride on Saturday. I rode to BART in the morning (I worked Saturday), but rode all the way home. I included a side trip on the way. I love this fall weather! I haven't had time to post my workouts, but I've essentially been doing bike and walk commutes for cardio. My typical bike commute is 6 miles round trip if I ride to and from BART. My typical walk commute is 2-3 miles - shorter because there's a free shuttle I can take near work (to and from BART), I think I'm just doing yoga and walking tomorrow. Did I mention I signed up for a 50k ride in November? It'll feel like a cake walk after that 100k in August.OK, happy workouts! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
