I am still exhausted and sore from the agility regional last weekend. The surface was hard and little time to sit and the days long (started 6AM to 8pm each day)So here is my week so farMonday - taught dog agility 3 hoursTues - dog agility class 2 hours then did Powerfit Core Fusion. I wanted to do shoulder/legs as for Donnas rotation but I got up late and when I got back from dog class at 11pm my legs were rubber.. I needed to save them for spin class. Donna is correct the orginal powerfit is easier than harmony but they are nice little (20 min) workouts. It made me feel good to do something and to STRETCH!!!Wed - spin for hour. We rocked it in class. Sprints like crazy and I had my usual puddle of sweat after.Thurs Powerfit Fri - Dog agility

-- hope to get small Powerfit cardioSat - dog agility - Sun - dog agility - yoga........Also - I have lost all the weight I gained the 3 weeks I was off WW and now closing back in below 180... hope next week is golden :)judy in DC
